Overview of Services

Jobalso provides employers with tools to:

  • Post job offers (currently free, with optional premium features)
  • Request candidate verifications (paid service)
  • Submit sourcing requests to receive pre-screened candidates (paid service)

These services are subject to the terms outlined below.

User Accounts

  • Employers and candidates must register an account to use certain features.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
  • Jobalso reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms.

Job Postings

  • Job posting is currently free but may be subject to change. Jobalso will provide advance notice of pricing changes.
  • Employers may choose to boost job offers for increased visibility via paid features.
  • All job posts must be accurate, non-discriminatory, and compliant with applicable labor laws.
  • Job offers are subject to manual review and approval by Jobalso before publication.

Candidate Verification

Candidate verification is a paid service. Employers may request checks for:

  • References
  • Diplomas
  • Criminal records

Pricing is displayed during the request process and may vary by service type.

All verifications are completed within 2–4 business days of submission and payment, unless otherwise stated.

Jobalso reserves the right to deny requests that cannot be fulfilled due to lack of information or unsupported jurisdictions.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Employers may request the sourcing of 3 pre-screened profiles tailored to their criteria.
  • The service fee is CAD $499, payable upfront.
  • Delivery is guaranteed within 5 business days, unless otherwise communicated.
  • For hard-to-fill or strategic roles, Jobalso may contact the employer to confirm the request or adjust pricing before proceeding.

Payments and Refunds

  • All paid services are processed through secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
  • Payments are non-refundable once the verification or sourcing process has begun.
  • In rare cases of technical errors or service unavailability, partial or full refunds may be issued at Jobalso’s discretion.
  • For hard-to-fill or strategic roles, Jobalso may contact the employer to confirm the request or adjust pricing before proceeding.

Data Privacy

  • All information submitted through the platform is treated with strict confidentiality.
  • Candidate data is used solely for verification or sourcing purposes and is not shared with third parties outside of the service scope.

Limitation of Liability

  • Jobalso does not guarantee the hiring success or job placement of any individual through its services.
  • While we strive for accuracy, Jobalso is not liable for errors in verification data sourced from third parties.
  • Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and compliance with local labor laws.

Modifications
